YAQ manages key strategic initiatives that support young people's access to arts and culture, and provide training, professional development, and mentoring to young and emerging artists and artsworkers and those who work with young people. YAQ also develops research projects that investigates and evaluates youth arts practice and creates practical resource guides for those who work with young people.
