YAQ produces a fortnightly eNewsletter including the most recent updates on what is happing in the Queensland youth arts sector, industry news, employment and professional development opportunities, grants, workshops, and events.

All YAQ members & friends are welcome to send us contributions to go into our eNews.

Email your contributions to the YAQ Marketing Communications Coordinator. Please submit your contributions in text format, either in the body of an email or as an attachment. Images will not be considered.

YAQ Papers

YAQ regularly produces YAQ Papers, a journal investigating relevant themes, issues, and development in the youth arts and cultural development sector. YAQ Papers make a significant contribution to the critical dialogue about contemporary practice in the youth arts field and position the work of Queensland artists and artsworkers in a national context.

Lowdown Magazine

YAQ is the Queensland contributing editor for Lowdown Magazine, the national publication for youth performing arts in Australia. Each edition contains a Queensland section which promotes the diversity of practice in Queensland.

Including your youth arts events in Lowdown, gives you great exposure and enhances your profile. All you need to do is submit a short text to YAQ and we will include you in the next Lowdown issue. For 2008 deadlines, contact us on (07) 3252 5115.
